Mission

It is the mission of FSFSC’s Quality Assurance Division (QA), to ensure that the organization is able to meet and capture every aspect of program and service delivery to and for the community in which it serves. In essence, QA monitors the progress made by individual workers and collective programs and services to provide and maintain the highest standards of care, compliance and continuity for the residents of Ward 8. In addition to their internal practice protocols; as members of the city-wide Healthy Families/Thriving Communities Collaboratives, FSFSC works to achieve compliance with the Practice Standards Manual. QA’s belief is that the data provides the story that not only supports service delivery, client needs and outcomes but most importantly, the potential for growth for the triad of family, organization and community.
