Far Southeast Family Strengthening Collaborative, Inc. © has successfully served Ward 8
residents since 1997. Initially providing Case Management, Mini-Grants, Support and Rites
of Passage groups; we have grown to accommodate the needs of a flourishing community.
We are vested in continuously improving and increasing our scope of work, the residents
that we serve and the outcomes that we generate.
